It USUALLY works for most people and is worth trying before you drop $ for an ABY pedal. Maybe not impossible, but way beyond my capabilities.ģ) You'll see a lot of talk about having A-B-Y boxes with ground lifts, etc. I don't have that application but but figure it's likely going to be a challenge to get one RS cable to do two things. 200 Factory presets to get started straight away. Includes Fuzz, Delay and Harmony / Harmonizer modellers as well as BIAS Pedal Distortion, Pedal Delay and Pedal Modulation. Have a cable or whatever came with the Bias application to get in there. Includes Guitar Match Elite Pack with 18 guitars, 100 effect pedals and rack processors, as well as 100 amps. If you're trying to hook up to your computer, I'd still suggest using the splitter. Run the other side with a 1/4" mono cable to your amp. Run the realtone cable out of one side going to your computer. The simplest way is with a 1/4" splitter. You still get the note detection though.Ģ) Once you do that, you need to figure out how you're going to get your guitar to make sound outside of rocksmith. You'll see "mixer" in there somewhere and that will knock out the sound your guitar makes within rocksmith. Hit the "start" button or "menu button" and go to options. Have a look at this thread but don't get intimidated: ġ) You can mute the guitar volume in Rocksmith's mixer easily. There is a lot of information out there and are a ton of options. So.reading between the lines, you want to hear the guitar signal ONLY through an amp or an amp modeler on your computer? You want to hear ONLY the original music on rocksmith? Ive got it installed and am (temporarily) using a Rocksmith USB cable to connect the guitar.
